Home groups are central to our church life and every member of SJTL is encouraged to join one. They are small groups which meet once a week, or once a fortnight on a Tuesday or Wednesday, in someone's home, to worship, study the bible, pray for one another, enjoy fellowship, and to support and encourage each other.

These groups enable us to care for each other, provide an opportunity to grow in Christian maturity, and to enjoy friendship with other Christians. They may even become the first port of call in a time of crisis. For someone who suddenly finds themself in the middle of a week with no support and no-one else to turn to, they can be a life-line.
