Hire Additions


We are always happy to provide the following additional equipment.

Equipment costs per booking:

Data projector = £50
Overhead Projector = £10
Flip chart & pens = £15
Portable CD & tape player = £5
Trestle tables =
Children’s toys = £5
Tea & coffee = £5
PA and Sound desk system = £50
Sound Technician = £10 per hour
Cable mic = £5
Radio mic = £10
Parish Centre WIFI = £2 per hour.

Storage during bookings:
Beginning at 25% of the hourly rate and up to the full hourly rate depending on what, how much and how inconvenient the things being stored are to those using the space. The hourly rate will be applied from 9am until the room is not used that day. (At the Vicar’s discretion).

Out of office hours
During 9-5 we have enough staff to cover opening and closing the rooms however outside of office hours there is a surcharge of £60 per evening to cover our staff costs (the verger) on hiring out The Church. There are not normally verger costs for the Parish Centre or School Rooms.

Pew moving
Our 19th centuries oak pews can be moved to make space for your event in The Church. However, depending on the number of pews moved, you will have to use our own specialist movers for this for which the cost is £90 (the verger + pew mover).

Church Cleaning
Cleaning the church after an event requires professional cleaners. Depending on how you use The Church then after your event the charges will be:

Weekdays:
Sweeping only will cost £20;
Sweeping and washing will cost £50.

Weekend:
Sweeping: £30;
Sweeping and washing: £60;

After Midnight
£80 if the work will extend beyond midnight.

Terms and Conditions
Room bookings are taken on the basis of a price per hour and equipment is leased on the basis of price per booking.
